Breathing training with Sharema has enriched my life immensely. "Breathing, what can you possibly learn about it?" I thought to myself just a few months ago.
When I started the course and performed the exercises, I realized how important it is to learn to breathe well. Little by little, I learned to relax more and more and breathe more deeply and evenly.

After more than 20 years of suffering from Hashimoto's, my body hasn't functioned as intended for half of my life. With breathing exercises, I've finally found a way to deeply reprogram my body's self-regulatory mechanisms and hopefully ;) gradually reduce my pill dosage.
