Breathing has an immense impact on our metabolism and our performance!


Our current, often stressful lifestyle, as well as individual experiences and conditioning, leads to stress and tension. These manifest themselves in our individual breathing patterns, which our nervous system automatically adapts to our fast-paced, exciting lifestyle. Breathing becomes faster and deeper (hyperventilation).


If this breathing pattern persists over a longer period of time, it leads to many problems!

It's well known from ancient Asian healing systems that breathing less is more. This phenomenon (hypoxia) has now been confirmed by modern scientific research and was even awarded the Nobel Prize in Medicine in 2019.

I will accompany you through your new health/breathing practice:


1st evening: You will learn the basics of internal and external breathing, why breathing a lot often doesn't help much, and how you can breathe optimally in the first place.


2nd evening: The respiratory muscles also need to be trained. Today you'll get to know your respiratory muscles and practice how to use them effectively.


3rd evening: We'll delve deeper into the effects of internal and external breathing through additional breathing exercises. You'll learn the principle of reduced breathing (Dr. K. Buteyko).


4th evening: How can you incorporate breathing exercises into your daily routine so that you practice daily without having to invest additional time and energy? We'll also discuss how to measure your breathing (BOLT) and what other factors you can use to strengthen it.


5th evening: We'll go deeper with further exercises.


Before each evening, there is also the opportunity to ask questions via email, which will then be answered during the seminar.

After more than 20 years of suffering from Hashimoto's, my body hasn't functioned as intended for half of my life. With breathing exercises, I've finally found a way to deeply reprogram my body's self-regulatory mechanisms and hopefully ;) gradually reduce my pill dosage.
