2. Hosting and operating our website


Website design with 1 & 1 IONOS

As part of order data processing, I commission 1&1 IONOS SE, Elgendorfer Str. 57, 56410 Montabaur (“1&1”) to provide functions for the design, provision and optimization of our website.

1&1 provides me with a content management system and delivers some pages of our website and site resources on our behalf from its servers or those of subcontractors.     6. Online offers with Zoom

    For online offers (1:1 consultations, meditations, seminars workshops) I use Zoom – a service of Zoom Video Communications, Inc, 5 Almaden Boulevard, 6th Floor, San Jose, CA 95113, USA.

    By participating in online offers you agree to the Privacy Policy from Zoom. Which data Zoom stores about you also depends on the information you provide before or when participating in an online meeting.

    Personal data processed in connection with participation in “online meetings” will generally not be passed on to third parties unless they are specifically intended for disclosure.

    Zoom is a service provided by a provider from the USA. Personal data is therefore also processed in a third country. I have concluded a data processing agreement with the provider of Zoom that complies with the requirements of Art. 28 GDPR.

    An appropriate level of data protection is guaranteed on the one hand by the “Privacy Shield” certification of Zoom Video Communications, Inc., but on the other hand also by the conclusion of the so-called EU standard contractual clauses.
