About me

Dr. Sharema Börger

We create our own future.
We have always done it.
It is time
to do it consciously and with all your heart.

My personal life vision is:

A world full of people who live their spirituality as a modern lifestyle, who live a soulful, successful, happy life in harmony with creation, in a way that corresponds to each individual's heart.

It's not complicated. It's simple. It's the most natural thing in the world.

Every person has consciousness, every person has intuition, every person has healing power, every person has access to their own inner knowledge, which contains the solutions. This has nothing to do with detached, unrealistic ideas, but rather a very individual, gentle, and at the same time very pragmatic approach.

How I got there:

Since childhood, I've been searching for how healing truly works. I studied medicine and learned about the classical approach. On my first day of work as a doctor, I found my first spiritual book, which opened my way back to the spiritual world. That was in 1992. Many years of training and continuing education in alternative medicine, psychotherapy, and spirituality followed.

Over time and in the ongoing exploration of various therapeutic and meditative approaches, HEALING opened up to me in a holistic form, in harmony of body, soul and spirit.

These ideas aren't new to me. This knowledge is ancient. Here's a model that, in a highly simplified yet quite tangible way, illustrates this healing idea from my perspective:

Body-mind-spirit model

True healing comes from within.
It happens in harmony with our soul light.
It is a reconnection of our humanity (body, emotions, thoughts) with our soul.
This makes every day wonderful and magical.
We experience fulfillment and immense joy and make our visions become reality.

What is important to me/some of my life principles:

  • Every person is an independent, self-responsible being with body, emotions, thoughts, soul, and spirit. From this, they develop their values and shape their lives. With this understanding, I respect each person as a holistic being. This is the foundation.

  • Individuality and different opinions and perspectives are the spice in soup. This diversity enriches life. What would soup be without salt? What would people be who all share the same opinion? We need diversity! It allows us to get to know each other and ultimately experience ourselves as part of the whole.

  • There is strength in calmness. This is where regeneration occurs. This is where fear has no chance. This is where we have the greatest access to our potential.

  • By consciously living humility before the beauty and perfection of creation and with gratitude for life here on our beautiful blue planet, we live more mindfully, consciously, peacefully and happily.
